Nice hotel for a good price. Good location, 5 minutes walk from metro and railway station. Direct line to airport CharlDeGol airport. Close to city center. The room is small but nice and tide. Cleaning is every day. Beds are new and very good 80x190 cm in twin room. Bathroom is new and clean. Reception desk works 24 hour, personnel is very ok. They have baggage room, and we kept baggage there on the last day. We recommend hotel ! The only minus is noise, its not possible to sleep with open window, ( the street is not a quite one, very small street but dynamic traffic and close to main junction )

Lovely wee hotel. We had a room on the top floor with a balcony to sit on. This was a bonus in the nice weather, but it meant the room was very small, being on the top floor (not unusual in Paris) The lift was a bonus for getting to and from our room. Surrounded by great cafes and restaurants and across from Gare Saint Lazare, handy for metro or trains. The staff were very friendly, and we felt like part of the family by the time we left after staying for 5 nights. This hotel is kept immaculate by the housekeeping staff, towels changed, and room serviced daily. I would stay here again.

We just returned from a 3 night stay and this hotel is a little gem. Great location and close to all transport. The Louvre and galleries laffaell is a stone throw away. The staff are so helpful and welcoming l would definitely recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to break the budget. For all the nit pickers below with negative comments .. the Hilton is up the road if you need a larger room and better facilities but for us it was perfect as we had no intentions to stay in all day and count the square meter of our room. We will return!

I was in Paris for work and finding a good budget hotel in this area is close to impossible. The Charing Cross Hotel ticked all the boxes. It is two steps away from Saint Lazare metro and train station and ten minutes away from Opera and Galeries Lafayette. The room was clean and there was all I needed. As a single accommodation it was spacious, especially for Paris standards. There are plenty of restaurants in the immediate proximity and the staff was very lovely. The breakfast was good.

All was more than correct, stuff are very friendly and super-kind and helpful and the location is great, if you are ready to meet the amenities by walking. I liked almost all, but one thing. And that is why I scored 9 instead of 10... No car park. You have to park in public garage and that means minimum 45 EUR per day on the top of all your costs. However, overall impression is very good and my warm recommendations for this place.
